Exploring Warroora Station 1/09

Happy Father’s Day to all the Fathers that read my blog.

Decided to go into Coral bay today and do some snokeling & get some bait so boys can go fishing.

We took the scenic way along the Bush coast track, over lots of sand dunes and ended up at 5 finger reef.

We spend about an hour here snokeling and only pic I took was of the kids chasing all the birds.

Then headed into coral bay where we did more snokeling and then had lunch at the local bakery.

On the way back to camp we stopped along the coastline looking for a good spot to go fishing.

The kids loved to stone garden we found along the way.

Ended up at Turtle rock and true to its name we saw quite a lot of turtles swimming along the current around the rock.

Did a bit of fishing here, sadly didn’t catch anything.

Kids where all happy to have a go at the hand pump to get more water.

The wind started up again in the afternoon, so had to get out the winter woollys.

Adam cooking dinner yummy butter chicken.
